Whether you are completely new to yoga, or have been practicing for years, the effects are immediate after your first session, and increase with a regular practice. Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST)

VST combines powerful vibration and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. The induction of the sound waves directly into the body along with soothing ambient tones is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation. By placing the therapeutic singing bowls directly on the body and using correct techniques, a practitioner engages with their client both physically and energetically.

Kelly George

Kelly George is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor who is trained in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition. Practicing yoga for over 19 years, she has a deep passion for sharing embodied practices and healing modalities that honor

mind-body-spirit connection. Kelly earned a Masters Degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Washington, Bothell, where her research focused on utilizing alternative pedagogies, such as indigenous knowledge, yoga, and mindfulness as tools to recognize our quantum physical interconnection to all of the web of life. She is also a certified Vibrational Sound Therapy practitioner. Kelly has co-led a yoga-focused University

study abroad program to Oaxaca, Mexico

and facilitates yoga workshops and retreats.

Kelly is the mother of two teenagers, a dedicated tree hugging environmentalist, and a social justice accomplice. She loves to travel, garden, connect with friends, and spend as much time in the company of

trees, water, and mountains as possible.
